First, I have good news for you all. Our Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller has announced that the public celebration of daily Mass to be resumed on Tuesday, May19th, and the weekend Mass on May 23rd & 24th, the Solemnity of the Ascension of our Lord. However, the faithful are dispensed from the Sunday Obligation, and this continues until Archbishop revokes it. It has now been TEN weeks since public celebration of Mass got suspended due to the global pandemic COVID-19. At the moment, we are preparing to gradually open our parishes for the public celebration of Mass. This involves deeper communication, profound personal and social responsibility. Based on the directives from the Archdiocese task force for COVID-19, and from civil and health officials, we will be implementing the best practices/strict measures, to safeguard and protect everyone’s health.
